New Member Form

Please choose the appropriate membership type. All new members receive a 50% dues discount for the first year, 30% their second and 15% their third. All members can set up recurring payments online by check or credit card for a payment schedule that works best. Once entered into the system, your account remains in. good standing for the year.

All members are assessed a $100 annual security fee in addition to dues to cover the costs of hired guards and other services. This payment is due at the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year or as the first dues payment if joining later in the year.

All dues must be paid in full (unless otherwise arranged) by June 30, the end of our fiscal year. 


Beth David welcomes you, no matter your financial situation. If you would like to make a confidential dues arrangement, please choose your membership category, then note in the comments that you would like to speak to Bob Hoffman or Jesse Krinsky about adapting your dues. These arrangements are reviewed each year. We do not require that you file financial documents, only that you are honest about your ability to pay and that you let us know when or if this changes. Thank you.

Please do not enter the same email address for 2 different people on an account. If you wish to share the email, simply enter it once.

If you would like to request a confidential dues arrangement (other than simply paying your dues over the fiscal year) please indicate which contact information we should use. 

If you are applying as an Associate Member, you must supply the name and contact information of your primary synagogue here so we can verify your full membership there. Your Associate Membership includes tickets to High Holiday Services upon request and reduced rates for certain events. Associate Memberships are not discounted. 
When you submit this form, you will be prompted to create a password to finish setting up your account. The login email will be the one you entered for the account primary. We cannot see your password, only that one has been set, but if you forget it, we can send you a link to reset it.

Once your account is set up, you can add secure payment methods (credit card and/or check), create recurring payments for your dues and donations, sign up for events, add family Yahrzeits if you wish to be notified in advance of each observance, submit names for our annual Yizkor remembrance book, upload pictures for the private (logged in members only) membership directory and more.
