The monthly Beth David Beit Midrash (House of Study) will feature two sessions with a choice of topics, including a break for refreshments and schmoozing.

Session One, 7:00pm-7:45pm (Choose One):

• Shavuot: The meaning and observance of the Chag in ancient times and today. (R. Adler)
• Israeli Songs/Poems, Part 2: Reflect upon the historical context, parse the Hebrew, and learn about the authors. (Galya Greenberg)

Session Two, 8:00pm - 8:45pm (Choose One):

• The Ten Commandments, A Deeper Dive: Compare the two versions of the Ten Commandments, and explore several of them together. (R. Chatinover)
• Israeli Folk Dancing: Learn the basics from hora to tcherkessia, from mayim to Yemenite. No experience necessary! (Marla Cohen)
