You knew it was coming - now that Purim is here, Passover preparation are around the corner. We've made it simple to sell your chametz using our online form. You can also print the form out and send it in if you'd like (scroll down to the "print" button below the form). Once you've completed the form, make sure your chametz is stored separately so that the non-Jewish buyer could come pick it up if they wanted to. The Beth David Family wishes you and your family a kosher and meaningful Passover season!

This form must be signed and returned to Rabbi Adler by 12:00 pm (noon) on Sunday, April 21, 2024.

If you are not logged into your Beth David account, you must provide the physical address where the Chametz included in this sale is located. This contract is invalid without this information.

I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Yitzchok Adler to act in my place and stead, and in my place to sell all chametz possessed by me as defined by Torah and Rabbinic law. Rabbi Adler is also empowered and permitted to lease all places wherein the chametz owned by me may be found.

Rabbi Adler has the full right to sell and lease by transactions, as he deems fit and proper, for such time which he believes necessary.

Also do I hereby give the said Rabbi Yitzchok Adler full power and authority to appoint a substitute in his stead with full power to sell and lease as provided herein. The above given power is in conformity with all Torah and Rabbinical laws and regulations, and also in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut and of the United States.

This box must be checked in order to execute this contract.

By entering my printed name I acknowledge that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as ink signatures.

It is traditional to make a contribution when selling Chametz to help provide Matzah for those who cannot afford it. You are not obligated to contribute, and any amount is welcome.
