Kashrut
 Rabbi Yitzchok Adler is the Rabbinic Administrator of the Kashrut Commission of Greater Hartford (HKC). The HKC adheres to the highest standards of Kashrut, and is recognized by and has Kashrut supervisory relationships with such national organizations as the Orthodox Union (OU) and the Vaad Harabonim of Massachusetts.
The HKC is now in its 15th year of operation and is recognized by the Rabbinic Fellowship of Greater Hartford, comprised of Orthodox, Conservative, and Reform rabbis, and is a beneficiary agency of the Greater Hartford Jewish Federation.
